Self-Regulation in Students

Below, you will find the three different learning modules which will guide you through instruction; meditative breathing, chair yoga, and standing yoga. 

Please keep in mind, there are a multitude of meditative breathing and yoga poses, however,

this instruction is intended to be a starting point for teachers who are interested in incorporating these practices in their classroom.
