Meditative Breathing

When students are feeling overwhelmed or have problems with calming themselves down from big emotions, meditative breathing can be the answer.

This module will provide you with four different meditative breathing exercises, videos to go with each one, and  learning activities to help you understand and remember the breaths. 

​

While any of the meditative breaths below can be used in a variety of different scenarios, considerations are provided for each one, to help you get started.
